This one-of-a-kind plaque serves as a visual representation of the thirty-two path, which is made up of the ten sefirot and the twenty-two paths that they go through.
The Tree of Life can be seen as a representation of both the workings of creation, both visible and invisible, and of the human psyche.  
By counting the Omer, we work on our own personal spiritual and physical lives.
Trying to improve ourselves and the life we live.
This is a process known as "Tikkun."
